Frequently Asked Questions
How do Lead Coins work?
When a parent posts a requirement in your district (e.g. Class 10th BSEB Maths in Boring Road Patna), you can spend 20 coins from your wallet to unlock their verified 10-digit phone number, student name, and exact address.
What if the parent does not pick up or already found a teacher?
We allow a maximum of 3 teachers per lead to ensure maximum conversion. If a parent is genuinely unreachable within 48 hours, report it to our counselor on WhatsApp, and we will refund your 20 coins!
Do my coins ever expire?
No. Your purchased coins have lifetime validity. You can use them whenever you are free to take up new tuition batches.
